Your SFFCU Membership in Retirement

Your Benefit Continues

Congratulations on your retirement!  You are eligible to remain a member of State Farm Federal Credit Union (SFFCU) with all the same benefits as when you were employed.

Whether you are retired or will be soon, to help SFFCU continue to serve you remarkably, here are a few things to know.

Membership & Accounts

  • So we can continue to keep in touch, please keep SFFCU informed of email, address or phone number changes after you retire.

  • To prevent your account from becoming inactive, contact SFFCU or perform a transaction at least once per year.

  • Family members of retirees who meet member eligibility requirements have full membership benefits.  Contact our Member Services Center 1-888-521-5209 for questions.

Direct Deposit

To take advantage of SFFCU’s competitive dividend rates, many members have their retirement funds directly deposited into their Share Savings Account.

Here is the Credit Union information needed to set up direct deposit with your bank:

Bank Name:   State Farm Federal Credit Union
Routing Number:      271176200
Member Number & sub-account suffix:  Use your 7-digit member number followed by your sub account suffix (e.g., S1, S2.3, L51.1, etc). If alpha characters are not permitted, substitute the number “5” for the letter “S” or the number “7” for the letter “L”.

Loans

In lieu of payroll deduction, we offer several ways to make loan payments.

Loan Payment Options

SFFCU recommends retirees set up recurring loan payments through online banking or through their mobile app.  If you do not have an online banking account, it’s easy to register.
• Call Member Services Center at 1-888-521-5209 between the hours of 7:30am – 5:30pm CST , Monday – Friday, and begin ACH enrollment over the phone with a Credit Union Specialist.
Transfer funds from your Share Savings Account through online banking.
Set up loan payments from another financial institution using their online banking system. Below is the SFFCU information you will need:
