Members applying for loans will need to supply proof of income for all sources they would like considered in the loan application review process. Please provide proof of income for all individuals listed on the application.
A list of acceptable proof of income is outlined below. Please submit this information in PDF format by logging into E-access and selecting Lending>Upload Documents.

|Part-time Employment||Most recent pay stub|
|Child Support or Alimony||Divorce decree with current proof or check stubs. Alimony, child support, or separate maintenance income is required only if you want it considered when reviewing your loan application|
|Disability||Current Award letter, 1099, or bank statement showing deposit|
|Rental Property Income||Schedule E or current signed lease agreements if prior year Schedule E is not available|
