The safety of our members and our staff is very important to us. In alignment with State Farm’s response to COVID-19, much of our workforce continues to work from home. The Credit Union is closely monitoring the phased re-entry into our facilities and, until further notice, the Member Care Stations (MCSs) in Atlanta, Bloomington, Richardson, and Tempe will remain closed.
Even though MCSs are closed, it’s easier than ever to conduct business with your Credit Union virtually – either with our new online website or mobile app.
- Our new mobile app lets you conduct Credit Union transactions anytime, anywhere.
- No need to mail your check to make a deposit. With our Remote Deposit Capture capability, take a picture and get your check deposited quickly – this eliminates “mail time” and the cost of a stamp.
- Easy transfers via online or mobile allows you to move money between your SFFCU accounts, to other SFFCU members and other financial institutions.
- Pay your loans online without sending a check or loan coupon.
We miss seeing our members and look forward to re-opening; in the meantime, check out these resources for more information about our virtual online banking experience.
