Corporate Headquarters Member Care Station Update

On June 21, the Credit Union announced it would be re-opening the Corporate Headquarters Member Care Station (MCS) at a future date.  SFFCU is excited to share the Corporate MCS will begin its re-opening process starting Wednesday, July 14 with limited hours and days of operation. All transactions will be conducted at the walk-up window.

Days & Hours of Operation at Coporate SFFCU Walk-up Window (Starting July 14)

Monday 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. CT
Wednesday 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. CT
Friday 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. CT


SFFCU is re-opening on a limited basis to fully assess member needs.  We will evaluate member interactions at our Corporate MCS to help determine our future operating model and make necessary adjustments to days and hours of operation. MCSs at CityLine, Corporate South, Marina Heights and Park Center will remain permanently closed.  

All products and services we offered in our physical locations are still available in our virtual environments, and the Credit Union remains only a phone call or click away. SFFCU also is researching how we can expand online and mobile banking functionality as well as ways to make us more virtually accessible in the future.
