Q: Why are so many steps required to login to my account?
While we want your online experience with us to be as easy and convenient as possible, our highest priority is keeping your financial information secure. Our enhanced security measures were developed to safeguard your financial information. While we know it may require an extra step or two, we believe the security of your credit union accounts is worth it.
Q: If I am locked out of E-access or Phone Teller, how do I get my account unlocked and password reset?
Please call us at 888-521-5209 to have your account unlocked and password reset. Our staff is available to assist you from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. CT, Monday – Friday.
Q: For A2A, how do I verify my external transfer account?
To verify your external account, you need to confirm two small test transactions. Click A2A Set-up Instructions to learn more.
Q: If I request an A2A transfer, when will it occur? Is it the same day?
A2A transfers created before 2:00 p.m. CT will be posted the next business day. For example, a request created before 2:00 p.m. CT on Friday, will be posted on the following Monday.*
*Federal Regulation D states that you may make no more than six (6) automatic or preauthorized transfers from your share savings account per calendar month (monthly limits are based on when transactions are processed, not when authorized). This limit applies to any combination of checks and automatic or preauthorized withdrawals. Members wishing to make more than six (6) transfers per month should open an S6 E-share account, which provides unlimited withdrawals. The number of share deposits made per month is not regulated for any share savings accounts.
Q: Does the Credit Union charge a fee for A2A transactions?
No, we do not change any fees for this service! However, we encourage you to check with your other financial institution(s) to determine if they charge a fee for sending or receiving funds through A2A.
