Proof of comprehensive and collision coverage is required when you use your vehicle for collateral for a credit union loan.  The maximum allowed deductible is $1000 each, and State Farm Federal Credit Union must also be listed as a lien holder.

You may receive a letter asking for current insurance information.  There are several options you may use to provide this information:

• Ask your agent to call 800-653-8812 – a representative will take necessary insurance information.
• Mail a copy of your declaration page to your credit union branch or fax it to 800-713-0261. 
• Enter insurance information on-line at https://myinsuranceinfo.com/
