Immediate family member eligibility is defined as:
- Legally married spouse
- Never married children, stepchildren, court appointed foster or guardian/custodial children, legally adopted children, and children of divorced members, under the age of 25 who receive more than 50% of their annual support from the parent/guardian/custodian and are either
- living under the same roof and in the same household as the member or parent/guardian/custodian, or
- attending school full time
- Children incapable of self-sustaining employment over the age of 25 living in the same household who receive more than 50% of their annual support from their parents/guardian/custodian.
Both the Member Account Agreement and the Truth in Savings Rate and Fee Schedule are available for your review prior to opening an account.
Important Information about Procedures for Opening a New Account
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal Law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We will also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
To open a new account
A Membership Account Card will then be sent to you for your signature. New Members will also receive a Membership Agreement and a Truth in Savings Rate and Fee Schedule
- Return the account card with a $5.00 minimum deposit. In lieu of submitting the minimum deposit you may sign up for payroll deduction by completing the Payroll Deduction/Authorization Form and submitting it with the New Account Form
